Saturday 31 March/Sunday 1 April

John Martin rode the Sleaford Wheelers 10 mile TT on Saturday and recorded 25:51 in wintry conditions. Alan Crooks finished 2nd in his age category in the Darley Dale criterium.


Nine riders went to Knaresborough on Sunday and covered almost 100 miles, led by John Hanson and Stuart Burrows.


Pete Owen and Paul Lovely cycled to ride the Tour of Flanders sportive. They rode the famous cobbled stretch of the course which the actual Tour of Flanders race covered on Sunday.


Four lady members covered 50 miles on Sunday led by Adele Lawton and Toni Crooks.
