Fish & Chips Ride

Nine members set off for the annual fish and chips ride to Bridlington on Saturday, led by John Martin and Andy Jones they covered 150 miles with almost 5000 feet of climbing. Riding through Howden, Fridaythorpe, Wetwang and Sledmere the group called at Allerthorpe for refreshments on their way back via Pocklington.
The intermediate group of 6 riders led by Graham Steel and Jayne Clift they rode to the garden centre at Howden, with Pete Stirk bringing up the rear they covered around 52 miles. Peter Stirk did his quickest time at the Pollington 8.1 miles tt on Monday with 22:33 and Stuart Burrows recorded 20:07.
